1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ascent platform (a product of Legion Hiresoft India Private Limited), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. Candidate Profile & Joining

When you create a candidate profile or apply for a job mandate on Ascent, you agree to the following:

• Data Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided in your resume and profile is accurate and truthful.
• Recruitment Consent: You grant us explicit consent to share your profile details, including contact info and resumes, with our partner clients for the purpose of recruitment evaluation.
• Background Verification: You acknowledge that clients may conduct background checks based on the information provided by you.
• Compliance: Your data will be handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the site, including data scraping or reverse engineering.
• Providing false or misleading information or impersonating any person or entity.

4. Disclaimers

Ascent is a platform that facilitates connections between recruitment agencies, clients, and candidates. While we strive for excellence, Legion Hiresoft India Private Limited does not guarantee employment for any candidate or the suitability of any candidate for a client. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions made by third-party employers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legion Hiresoft India Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana (or the location of our registered office).
