Title: Clinical Nutritionist — AI-Led Care

The organization is building an AI-led family doctor for India—an always-accessible health companion that understands each person’s medical history and brings in qualified doctors when needed. The company is developing an AI-led health companion that understands members over time, remembers their health history, reasons through medical situations, and brings in expert doctors when needed. It is well-funded by prominent unicorn founders, doctors, and venture capital firms.
The Role:
As the first full-time nutritionist, you will deliver nutrition care through teleconsultations while actively building the clinical protocols, content, and workflows that shape how nutrition is integrated into the broader care model and AI systems.
What You’ll Do:
Provide personalised nutrition consultations through text, voice, and video
Support preventive health, weight management, metabolic health, pregnancy, paediatric nutrition, and condition-specific dietary needs
Own the quality and delivery of nutrition consultations, documentation, and follow-ups
Create evidence-based nutrition protocols, care plans, and patient education
Build clinical evaluations to test the safety and accuracy of AI-generated nutrition guidance
Write medically sound prompts, guardrails, and reference content for the AI
Review and correct AI-generated recommendations with structured feedback
Work with doctors, product, and engineering to build coordinated care journeys
Help establish consultation standards, operating processes, and outcome metrics
What We’re Looking For:
MSc in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, or an equivalent recognised qualification
At least 4 years of clinical practice, preferably serving patients in a metro city
Administrative experience such as managing consultations, teams, schedules, programmes, or quality processes
Experience supporting patients with a range of nutritional and medical needs
Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition and misinformation risks
Comfort using AI tools and working with product and engineering teams
Strong written and spoken English; Kannada or Hindi is helpful
Good to Have:
Experience in telemedicine, health-tech, or digital health
Registered Dietitian credentials
Experience creating clinical content or patient education
Exposure to paediatric, women’s health, or metabolic nutrition
