2. Candidate Profile & Joining

When you create a candidate profile or apply for a job mandate on Ascent, you agree to the following:

Data Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided in your resume is accurate and truthful.
Recruitment Consent: You grant us explicit consent to share your profile details with our partner clients.
Compliance: Your data will be handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legion Hiresoft India Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

4. Candidate Acknowledgment

By applying for any job on this portal, you explicitly acknowledge that your personal data is being processed for recruitment purposes under the DPDP Act, 2023.
