1. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees
Except as explicitly mandated by applicable statutory consumer protection legislation, all monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription fees paid to Legion Hiresoft India Private Limited for access to Ascent are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Because we offer a fully functional 15-day trial period prior to any paid conversion, Customer has full opportunity to evaluate the platform before entering into a paid license agreement.
2. Cancellation Process & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless the Customer cancels the subscription prior to the renewal date. Customers may initiate cancellation at any time via the Settings → Billing dashboard or by notifying admin@hiresoft.in. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
3. 30-Day Post-Cancellation Data Retrieval
We never hold your recruitment database hostage. Following plan expiration or cancellation, Ascent provides a 30-day graceful retrieval window during which account administrators can log in to export candidate profiles, resume files, job mandate ledgers, and billing records. After 30 days, the database is permanently purged from cloud storage in compliance with DPDP data minimization principles.
4. Billing Inquiries & Dispute Escalation
If you believe an erroneous or duplicate charge has occurred, you must submit a written notification within thirty (30) calendar days of the charge date. Our finance department investigates all billing discrepancies within 3 business days:
