We are a global, doctor-led IV therapy brand. Our Bengaluru clinic offers NAD+, glutathione, hydration, recovery and immunity programs, along with an at-home concierge service. Our clients are founders, senior professionals and athletes who expect a premium experience at every visit.
Most clients come to us for a single session. The ones who benefit most stay on a program. Your job is to understand each client well enough to recommend the right one, and to build relationships that last for years.
What you'll do
Talk to every new lead
Call and respond to enquiries from our website, ads, partners and referrals
Understand what each person is looking for and invite the right ones in for a consultation
Advise and enroll clients
Learn the science behind our therapies. Our Head Doctor will train you, and you should be able to explain it simply and accurately
Run consultations with new clients alongside our doctors and recommend the right program
Enrol clients into multi-session programs and memberships, typically ₹50,000 to ₹4 lakh
Answer questions on price, results and safety with confidence and honesty
Build long-term relationships
Personally look after our regular clients: check-ins, renewals, and new protocols as their goals change
Turn first-time visitors into regulars, and regulars into referrers
Shape our marketing
Share what you hear every week: which leads convert, what clients ask, what is selling
Work with our marketing agencies so they bring us better leads, not just more leads
What you need
Must have
Min 1 and maximum 5 years of selling services or products to individual clients, ideally high-value ones.
Experience in aesthetics or dermatology clinics, premium fitness, luxury retail, wealth management, insurance, edtech counselling or hospitality
Fluent English, spoken and written
Curiosity to learn health science, and the ability to explain it in simple words
Comfort with numbers. You track your own leads and know your conversion rate
Ready to work from Tuesday to Sunday
Nice to have
Healthcare, wellness or aesthetics background
Kannada or Hindi along with English
